Returns Policy

All returns and exchanges require an authorisation number from Pure Planet Club, without this your return will not be accepted. All change of mind return requests must be sent through within 14 days of receipt of order, damaged or faulty products requests must be sent through within 30 days of receipt of order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange for a change of mind purchase your items must be returned in their original condition. Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons if the product has been used or tamper seal broken, we cannot accept the return for refund. ​If your purchased product is faulty we will refund or replace the product in line with consumer laws.

Refunds for change of mind returns will attract a $10.00 restocking fee, damaged or faulty products do not attract a restocking fee and a return label will be provided by Pure Planet Club. Once an order has been processed it is the customer’s responsibility to organise a return, we cannot cancel orders once they have been processed. We recommend that you purchase tracking or insurance for your return as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email if it has been accepted. If you have been approved for a refund, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 4-6 business days. Please get in contact only if your refund has not appeared in your account after 7 business days of your return approval.
