Bamboo Toilet Paper

Our toilet paper is made from Bamboo, after much consideration we chose to use bamboo because it is renewable and eco-friendly. Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants in the world, some species of bamboo can grow up to 1.6inches an hour!

We offer 1 size oh-so-soft 3-Ply toilet paper;

Double Length – 300 Sheets per roll / 36 rolls per carton

Our rolls are Tree-Free, Plastic-Free, BPA-Free, Fragrance-Free, Biodegradable, Compostable, Septic and RV safe.

We source the material for our rolls from well-managed and sustainable plantations in Asia, we also manufacture in China since this region is one of the world’s leading producers and growers of Bamboo. The supply of this raw materials is simply not readily available within Australia.

There is some misconception around quality of Chinese manufacturing, we have found that the quality of the products we have been involved with has been of the utmost excellence.

We do however work closely with the factories that manufacture our rolls to ensure quality control, ethical practicing and fair-trade wages are being maintained and up-to standard at all times.

The pulp used for our toilet paper has been whitened using elemental-free Chlorine bleaching technology, this means chlorine dioxide. Chlorine dioxide is approximately 10 times more soluble in water than elemental chlorine and we use this for aesthetic purposes. If the toilet paper was not bleached this way the rolls would be an unappealing colour and would turn yellow over time. Unfortunately there is a lot of emphasises on the visual component and if we were unable to sell our toilet paper we would not be able to make the impact and change for good we have set out to achieve. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and if the technology to go completely chlorine free becomes available we most definitely will explore this option.

Once you are finished with the wrappers they should be recycled. If recycling is not an option they can be composted.

The core of our bamboo toilet paper is also made from bamboo and should be composted.

Our toilet paper has been tested and returned ND (Non Detectable) results for PFAS.

Formaldehyde is not used in the production of our toilet paper and is not present in the finished product.
